Привет!

My name is Vladimir Radojvski and I'm russian. I came to this country 6 years ago because I got a letter were it said:

"Sup Vladdy-boy!
You know what? Your awesome! And here in Awesome Centre where all the awesome people live, obviously, we need some security guards to keep things awesome. So how about you come over here and we'll give you an awesome job if you'd like. You'll even get an awesome apartment, and you won't have to pay the rent for the first three months!
Best regards, Mr. Asum // Mayor of Awesome Centre"

It's a good job, so I took it. Back in Russia I was a personal trainer at the local gym, so I am a very athletic man, according to me.
When I got to Awesome Centre I moved in to a 5 room apartment with a big balcony and view towards the harbour where I usually sit in the morning and take a cup of coffe with my newspaper.
My brother Tojojski came to Awesome Centre two years ago and suprised me on my birthday. I wanted him to stay, so I managed to get him a job at the security company where I work. A few weeks later, our parents died in a car accident and since our parents were rich, we came into a lot of money, which I used to continue to pay my rent. But my brother didn't use his money as much as I did, he bought a smaller apartment in the house next to mine.

I usually take walks around our city to see if everything is all right. There is almost never any troubles here in Awesome Centre, simply because everyone is awesome so no one needs to fight. Although there have been some disputes about who is more awesome, but it usually ends as a draw.
Me and my brother trade shifts at work, I work during the day time and Tojojski works night.
When I get of work me and my brother meet at a local bar called WAAOAAHAOANIHAOAHAWWAWA to take a drink and talk. We have done it almost every week since Tojojski got his own apartment. We have also found a drinking buddy, Chaz Tropp who lives a couple of houses from ours. He just lost his job, but he didn't tell us why.

The Storm.

It was a regular day in Awesome Centre, when I walked to my job it was sunny and a nice weather,
I took my regular walk around the city, through the mall and to the harbour and then back to the mall again. My brother met me at WAAOAAHAOANIHAOAHAWWAWA and we took our regular beer. But when we were sitting there, waiting for Chaz, it started to rain.
I got a bit irritated, because I was going home in a couple of minutes and I didn't want to walk in the rain. We were going to leave by 10pm, but we decided to try to wait out the rain. But after an hour of waiting my I didn't want to wait anymore so we decided to leave and go home.

The morning after, the storm were tearing the city apart.

My brother had told me what to do if a storm like this would break in to the city, I needed to go to his basement underneath the City Mall. He had constructed a huge basement for everyone who wants to survive. Apparently, this basement would save us all if it occured that a big storm would destroy the city.
I wanted to help people, so I ran outside and as I past two asian men I told them to get themself to the mall as quickly as possible. I knew there would be a entrance to the basement there so that they could get away from the storm safetly. Then, all of a sudden, a car with an older woman inside came straight towards me. It was almost too late to dodge the collision when I threw myself to the sidewalk and watched her, down the road and straight into a telephonepole. The car flipped around a couple of times and landed upside down. I wanted to save her, but the telephonepole were too weak after the crash and broke in half, fell down and split the car in two. I still can't understand why I didn't ran to the car to see if she still were alive, but ran home instead. There was a tunnel from every house around the city to the basement, so I went downstairs to the bottomfloor to find the entrance to the tunnel.
I found it, so I went inside and started to walk and I had to walk for about 30 minutes before I found it. The BRB, The Big Russian Basement.
There my borther met me by the door with the sign above it where it said "Привет!" which means Hello in russian. Tojojski told me to come inside and gave me a bottle of vodka.
"It's all we have to drink" he said. But it was okay, I'm a pretty used drinker so it was allright to me. I walked in to the basement and there was a shitload of people in in it, almost as if my brother had gathered the whole city in there. I told my brother what happened and he told me to try to not think about it and as I drank some more of the big supply of vodka, I thought about the asians. Luckly, I had written down their number on a piece of paper when I went back home. In my apartment I have this big computer with all inhabitants of Our City that shows their name and number. So I looked over the lists and found them after a minute or two.
When I got one of their numbers I called it, I recognized his voice when he answered, so I knew I had the right number. I knew there would be a entrance in a shoe store in the Mall so I gave them some instructions on how to get to the BRB and it seemed to work because I met them both when I got to the Big Russian Basement.
So with my glass of vodka in one hand and a knitted blanket I got from my brother in the other, I walked inside and looked for a place to lie down. As I walked through the basement, I saw a few people that were hurt from the storm and from the look of it, a lot of them were still in shock.
I were also in shock, and couldn't get the picture of the woman driving into the telephonepole out of my head.

Six days passed and the only thing I did was to drink, talk to my brother, or just sit leaning against a wall and just watch people, thinking about where they come from or how old they were and stuff like that.

Waiting. Sleeping. Drinking.

After a while, I lost my sense of time after the first couple of days, a guy named Normal guy went outside to see if the storm was gone and to search for food.
He came back and told us the storm was gone and we all went outside. The sun lit up the exit of the tunnel and as I walked through it up on a street in the middle of Awesome Center my eyes hurt from the bright light the sun were beaming down on us.

I walked towards my house, watching what the storm had done to our city. The storm had litterly destroyed the whole city, only a couple of buildings were still intact. The building my appartment were in were still standing, but the middle part of it had been demolished.
I walked inside, went upstairs, had to go into an appartment and climb through the roof of the livingroom, walked out to the staircase again and went up to my flat.
After locking up the door and walking inside, I stood still and just watched my appartment. I walked through the raffle in to my kitchen.
